With football underway FC Nelson would like to let everyone know that an AED, or Defibrillator Unit is now installed at the Dairy across the road. Courtesy of Fico Finance, this unit has been put into the 'On the Spot Convenience' store straight across the road from the fields.

It's an opportunity for players, both boys and girls, between 6 and 12 years old, to develop their technical ability and game awareness. The Skill Centre will be held by George Campbell, ably assisted by TJ Hansen.

To find out if the Nelson sports grounds are open you can ring the NCC grounds message line on 546 2068 and this will tell you if they are open or closed.

Cancellations

Listen to More FM (92.8 FM) from 7:20 am on Saturdays – any cancellations are announced at 7:20 am and 7:45 am. There will only be an announcement on the radio if games are cancelled. If there is no announcement then games are taking place.
